Kudos to our Maintenance Team! Very skillful guys working together well and knows how to ask for help from outside their craft, for certain jobs get done properly to code. Thank you to all their Management support as well. Now we just await for the broken tiles to be replaced, so to match the upgrades on the outside of the building. I gather that too is on their agenda. Overall, these guys are #1 in my book compared to the folks in the past.

The new maintenance team is working tirelessly to provide excellent service. In the past, there were many complaints about delayed service, but tenants’ frustration is gradually disappearing due to the faster response times. Sometimes, work orders can still take weeks or even months, especially when it’s necessary to contact outside contractors or vendors for initial inspections, which is understandable. Thank you. Job well done.

Maintenance crew came and fixed everything that needs to be corrected, except for the garbage disposal, where they have to come back again because it still leaked. Problem was resolved the second time.

I had issues with the water flow in the bathroom. The tub water stopper wasn't working properly but the maintenance guy fixed that and also the sink kept dripping water, the stopper wouldn't stay put, but he fixed that also. I was pleased with the outcome!

To whom it may concern. I did not realize this was from the apartment complex, which I lived in. I give you a grade of 2 The security of this apartment complex is unsafe, especially to a senior citizens that live here. There are individuals that enter this property that are not residents drug activities and unlawful criminal activity occur on this property. On January 5 of 2026 My rear tire on my Chevy Cruz was stolen,Our entrance door which leads to our apartment complex is broken It has been broken since the past two weeks

The service was excellent. The maintenance man and I reviewed my complaint and discussed possible causes. It would seem the problem is a design flaw with the appliance. That should be reviewed by the management. Additionally, he replaced a burner element on my stove that had been accidentally ruined by placing a plastic basket on a hot element. That is greatly appreciated.

I’ve moved in here April 2024 my apt was clean and brand new carpets and counters I feel safe here we have a new prosperity manager and she actually listens and cleaning up the parking lot so far I love it here

I moved here in late September of 2017. Living here is nice. Mainly due to 1) the diversity of the residents, 2) the relative quiet, and 3) there’s a swimming pool, hot tub and a propane barbecue grill just outside the Community Room. There are activities/classes throughout the year, and Community Meetings every month, for any resident who wants to attend. The staff organizes something special for us around certain holidays, mostly food-related. But, sometimes, there’s live or recorded music, along with the Spread. They have, also, Potlucks on a semi-regular basis. And Organized Gaming, about 2 to 3 days weekly, with Dominoes, Scrabble, and Bridge, etc. I hear there’s Bingo, but, I don’t go. The Wait List was about 2 years long for me. Bay View Vista is pretty cool. And you have to be, at least, 55 years old to apply.
