I have been living on this property for five years in February 2026. It’ll be six years. I have encountered rodents in my cabinets and debris from them in my house. I have asked numerous times for a conclusion to this problem, but to know no avail I am commenting on this because there are numerous tenants in this building that have the same problem, hoping and wishing there could be an eradication.

I had issues with the water flow in the bathroom. The tub water stopper wasn't working properly but the maintenance guy fixed that and also the sink kept dripping water, the stopper wouldn't stay put, but he fixed that also. I was pleased with the outcome!

This new management is so much better, repairs are done promptly, the staff treats these seniors with dignity and respect this present staffis so much kinder to us.
