This new management is so much better, repairs are done promptly, the staff treats these seniors with dignity and respect this present staffis so much kinder to us.

To whom it may concern. I did not realize this was from the apartment complex, which I lived in. I give you a grade of 2 The security of this apartment complex is unsafe, especially to a senior citizens that live here. There are individuals that enter this property that are not residents drug activities and unlawful criminal activity occur on this property. On January 5 of 2026 My rear tire on my Chevy Cruz was stolen,Our entrance door which leads to our apartment complex is broken It has been broken since the past two weeks

I get home late every night from work. I hear noises in the walls that my cat hears as well. I know this because she will run from wall to wall following the sounds for hours in the am. I have recently lost power to the electrical socked in all the bedroom, living room and 1/2 the kitchen. My closet and patio lights don't work anymore. I don't know what to think about this. I'm very concerned

The service was excellent. The maintenance man and I reviewed my complaint and discussed possible causes. It would seem the problem is a design flaw with the appliance. That should be reviewed by the management. Additionally, he replaced a burner element on my stove that had been accidentally ruined by placing a plastic basket on a hot element. That is greatly appreciated.

This property looks great on the website. I am understanding about wear and tear. It seems the property has been a staple in Vallejo for more than 10 years. I would think we would want to see our children and their children often; especially during the holiday seasons and when my back goes out. Somebody got to help me reach the top shelf. My concern is with the "availability". The website says one thing, when I call I get a different response and then another representative gave me " availability" time line the very next day. Property management can be filled with high turnover not just with staffing but with residents as well. It's senior living. I'm going to remain positive until I'm given a reason not to.
