I’ve moved in here April 2024 my apt was clean and brand new carpets and counters I feel safe here we have a new prosperity manager and she actually listens and cleaning up the parking lot so far I love it here

This place I very nasty this place is not a senior citizen apartments is always young people running it in and out of here no security like it was promised, we can barely check our mailboxes. It’s always locked. We have no access to our mailboxes until they open up the mailbox door. My car got broken into. I reported it to the office and they did not do anything about it. The garbage room is always full of garbage. It’s rats running through here, I have more on my balcony black and green is still not been taken care of. I’ve been here about two years and trying to find another place to move. If you do look at this, please change your mind. I’m moving into this apartment complex. We have different management every 23 months.

It's been 3 months since I moved out and we have not received our deposit back yet. Property Manager keeps on changing every month. Hoping we can get our deposit back.

I haven't moved in here, but it is a pretty nice quiet place. The people who live here are very nice and friendly. The manager I spoke with to obtain an application also seems to be a very nice person. I'm looking forward to joining the community.

I moved here in late September of 2017. Living here is nice. Mainly due to 1) the diversity of the residents, 2) the relative quiet, and 3) there’s a swimming pool, hot tub and a propane barbecue grill just outside the Community Room. There are activities/classes throughout the year, and Community Meetings every month, for any resident who wants to attend. The staff organizes something special for us around certain holidays, mostly food-related. But, sometimes, there’s live or recorded music, along with the Spread. They have, also, Potlucks on a semi-regular basis. And Organized Gaming, about 2 to 3 days weekly, with Dominoes, Scrabble, and Bridge, etc. I hear there’s Bingo, but, I don’t go. The Wait List was about 2 years long for me. Bay View Vista is pretty cool. And you have to be, at least, 55 years old to apply.

Sadly, the rents continue to go up while the pool & jacuzzu where shot down by the health dept. Community room chairs are filthy and or delapitated. Carpets in halls have animal urine and feces... and caorpeting inside apt are as old as the building... Few having been replaced. Not the "quality" I was promised when I moved in 5 years ago. *Always hopeful that change will come and things will improve.
