Kudos to our Maintenance Team! Very skillful guys working together well and knows how to ask for help from outside their craft, for certain jobs get done properly to code. Thank you to all their Management support as well. Now we just await for the broken tiles to be replaced, so to match the upgrades on the outside of the building. I gather that too is on their agenda. Overall, these guys are #1 in my book compared to the folks in the past.

The new maintenance team is working tirelessly to provide excellent service. In the past, there were many complaints about delayed service, but tenantsâ frustration is gradually disappearing due to the faster response times. Sometimes, work orders can still take weeks or even months, especially when itâs necessary to contact outside contractors or vendors for initial inspections, which is understandable. Thank you. Job well done.

Maintenance crew came and fixed everything that needs to be corrected, except for the garbage disposal, where they have to come back again because it still leaked. Problem was resolved the second time.
