The service was excellent. The maintenance man and I reviewed my complaint and discussed possible causes. It would seem the problem is a design flaw with the appliance. That should be reviewed by the management. Additionally, he replaced a burner element on my stove that had been accidentally ruined by placing a plastic basket on a hot element. That is greatly appreciated.

Iâve moved in here April 2024 my apt was clean and brand new carpets and counters I feel safe here we have a new prosperity manager and she actually listens and cleaning up the parking lot so far I love it here

I haven't moved in here, but it is a pretty nice quiet place. The people who live here are very nice and friendly. The manager I spoke with to obtain an application also seems to be a very nice person. I'm looking forward to joining the community.

I moved here in late September of 2017. Living here is nice. Mainly due to 1) the diversity of the residents, 2) the relative quiet, and 3) thereâs a swimming pool, hot tub and a propane barbecue grill just outside the Community Room. There are activities/classes throughout the year, and Community Meetings every month, for any resident who wants to attend. The staff organizes something special for us around certain holidays, mostly food-related. But, sometimes, thereâs live or recorded music, along with the Spread. They have, also, Potlucks on a semi-regular basis. And Organized Gaming, about 2 to 3 days weekly, with Dominoes, Scrabble, and Bridge, etc. I hear thereâs Bingo, but, I donât go. The Wait List was about 2 years long for me. Bay View Vista is pretty cool. And you have to be, at least, 55 years old to apply.
